The salon itself is nice; however 100% over charged me ! my overall experience was disappointing. I originally went in for a root touch-up and requested that my entire head be brighter. The owner performed a root touch-up dingle process using the same color I currently have , but it was not a full-head color as discussed. I was asked if I wanted a haircut and agreed. The cut was done dry, and no visible length or shape was taken off. I was later charged $65 for the haircut without being informed of the cost beforehand, which was surprising and frustrating. During the shampoo, the assistant was kind, but my hair was washed with very hot water. As someone with red hair, I was always told cooler water should be used to prevent color from washing out. Got us in by last name dropping. Got my girl the best cut, style she’s ever had. Literally it was the first time I ever watched the process and I can say it was an art form to see!! Her stylist was very serious as we cracked jokes the whole time, he never broke concentration. It es la my wife’s birthday and I spent a ton of money that day, but the hair was by far her favorite. This place went above and beyond to accommodate us on short notice. We will be back again soon as her birthday approaches. Its location close to Hard Rock Casino is a big plus.

Kind of sad to say goodbye. All Girls, Tiffany are great, However, i got to go because under my personal experience, the quality of their service decreased :( . Last three times I was there it felt like she was taking care of me on a rush, and I did my appointments with time... The appointments are too close one to another, I just saw her when she put the color and then to say goodbye. Even the girl who washed and did a couple minutes quick dry to my hair did it like she was running out of time and used shampoo only once the last three times I went , to the point I washed it again as soon as I got home.... Came in to donate my hair. Everyone was incredibly pleasant. I didnt even make an appointment, and i was seated in about 5 minutes. The whole process took about 20minutes and they did the whole donation process for me. They also give coupons out for the next time you come in or write a reveiw. Plus a free comb!

$60 charge for just trimming the length of my hair a bit. The entire process only last 10 minutes.
