Simply Rooted recently began integrating Revive & Restore amenities into our offerings, and the alignment has been seamless. Working with Shane has been a professional experience marked by clarity, integrity, and intention. Revive & Restore truly feels like a little oasis tucked right into the middle of our small city. It’s the perfect escape when you need to reset. The cold plunge, wood-stove outdoor sauna, red light therapy, and Normatec and more create a restorative experience that I also rely on personally as a business owner. These services have supported both my wellbeing and my ability to show up fully for our community. It’s a space that brings true value professionally and personally.

I was looking for a place that my husband and I could sauna together for the evening and Revive & Restore was the only business that offered the experience I was looking for. I really appreciated the recovery spa vibes, everything is very clean and organized, everyone getting treatments are very quiet and respectful. We personally enjoyed trying the wood stove sauna outside, showered off, and then tried a couple of the things inside before we left. Highly recommend trying it out! Lots of package options including drop in rates. You can even rent it out privately and have your own recovery party with your friends. 10/10 would recommend!

This Spa is a game changer for Shasta County. Every person I have encountered who works there, including the owner, is just oozing with reverential peace and deep knowledge expertise regarding tools for self treatment. It’s an oasis for your nervous system, if ever there was one. I’ve been through more trauma than many people, including everyone I know. And the knowledge and accessibility of efficiency tools for handling nervous system challenges gives me the deep conviction, that everything is just right as rain regarding my life challenges and capacity to overcome them. Shane (the owner) is very easy to talk to, and the story of how the spa came to be is quite fascinating and awe inspiring to hear.

Updated: Everyone should experience this. I had a cryotherapy facial at Revive and Restore Spa with Shane and it was hands down one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. My skin looked brighter, calmer, and more lifted immediately. Shane explained everything so well and created such a comfortable, confidence-building experience. This isn’t just self-care, it’s restorative. Highly recommend. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the difference. The space is clean, calming, and smells amazing, like a high-end spa with a modern, biohacker twist. Did I find heaven on earth? This is the sweetest escape from the stresses of life to literally revive and restore my self. As a mom of 4 I am re learning how to take care of myself and this is the perfect place to do take that space. Seriously love the smell in here, the ambience, the well-thought out small details, and allll the wellness amenities. Seriously wow. Shane really outdid himself with this space and I’m so thankful.
