Red Rocks Spa

We had a great couples experience yesterday at Red Rocks Spa! It is a unique blend of modern spa with European traditional elements. The massage therapists were super skilled, and we loved cycling between the traditional Finnish style sauna, the cold plunge and the steam. And the body scrub with salt rub and honey on your face is the final amazing touch. The owner Keisha is such a nice person and made booking very easy. We loved it so much we bought gift cards for our adult children! 10/10 experience.

I researched the local saunas and decided on this one. The staff is friendly and the entire place felt clean. I felt safe as a woman coming here by myself. Keisha gave me a tour and told me what to expect, providing me with towels, a wrap, and sandals. I’m very glad I scheduled a body scrub, it was well worth it and made the visit more of an “experience.” I only wish I lived closer!

Came here because the reviews were so great but overall this was not a relaxing experience. Place is overall old and worn making it hard to give that really good clean feeling you’d expect at a spas. The staff were fairly friendly but didn’t explain things well of where and what to do to be ready for your service. The cold plunge/sauna area was not relaxing at all. No background music and staff were chatting it up with other patrons in that area most of the time. Not ideal for relaxing. Massage itself was good and facial was great. But would never go back and would not encourage a friend to go here when there are lots of other great places in town that offer good services with better hospitality.

Husband and I went for the Couples Scape Package. what a treat! We wanted to wrap up the year with a relaxing afternoon and everything was amazing! What made us decide for Red Rocks and not any other spa was the combination of sauna/steam room with massage. Sooo relaxing. The cold plunge is a wonderful addition and, please, don’t skip the “bucket shower”. After 1 hour of this relaxing circuit of hot and cold, when you think things cannot get better, you get a scrub section, take a shower and go get your massage. That’s when your body and mind thank you for your decision of coming and give you that state of peace you were so long looking for. And let’s not forget the amazing glowing skin! Today my husband and I got the couples spa package. First your get to enjoy the sauna, steam room and cold plunge. Then we got a body scrub. Lastly followed with a couples massage. Highly recommend! For the price I could not find a better experience.
