I notice a difference when i get my nails done as a person of color and other people get their nails done when their preferences are catered to. I never have a problem with the guy in there but the female owner likes to rush and get frustrated if i say anything. Tonight i remained quiet and just kept my eyes on the tv and allowed the female staff member with the pony tail to do my nails. Asking for a simple fill and French tip. She began aggressively yelling at me, and kept raising her voice when i pointed out, after she told me she was finished, that the white tips on my nails were turning and see through. She became aggressive and very disrespectful. I noticed her and other staff members pointing at me and speaking in a different language. I asked her nicely several times to stop yelling

I've been to Red Nails several times and consistently receive friendly, professional, and excellent service. As someone who doesn't regularly indulge in self-care, I'm always so glad I choose Red Nails and am never disappointed. I feel comfortable and relaxed here. I particularly enjoy their pedicures and the meticulous removal and re-application of my fills. My daughter loves getting nail designs, and they are always beautiful! The owners and staff are truly talented.

My experience here was a 10/10! I booked last minute and got the best nail tech. If you come here, book with Annie. She’s very loving, welcoming and very strict when it comes to giving her clients the nails that they want. She asked me what I wanted, and I showed her a picture. My nails turned out to look better than the picture in my opinion. We chatted the whole time I was there. Everyone else who was working there, were also very nice and welcoming. I loved the atmosphere and the customer service of this place.

Kevin did a great job with my dip. Very professional. But This review is more about how nice, congenial that Kevin is. I am not a regular. I am in area several months each year. Yesterday, the battery on my car was dead when I left salon. Kevin offered to find jumper cables and jump car. My husband was going to walk couple blocks to an auto store and take care of situation. Kevin offered and drove my husband there and back. This goes beyond being nice! Thank you Kevin for helping us!!

Fantastic nail salon. Me and my husband got pedicures and they were awesome!! Ask for Kathy, she is so sweet and gave a great massage on my feet and legs!
