Red Nail Divas

This was my second visit to this salon, and unfortunately, it will be my last. For the first time in my life, I received a polish application without being asked to wash my hands beforehand. After filing and sanding my nails, the technician applied polish directly onto my dusty nails without removing the debris. Some of the nail shapes were done well, but others were uneven and slightly bumpy. What concerned me most was that after applying the polish, lotion was massaged into my hands while the nail dust was still present. This felt very unsanitary and not in line with basic nail service protocol. Cleanliness and attention to detail are extremely important to me, and this experience did not meet those standards. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I had been a regular customer at Red Nail Divas for years when Tina was the manager, but since the change in management, the quality of service has significantly declined. Recently, I had an especially disappointing experience that confirmed I won’t be returning. I called in the morning to book a 6 PM full leg wax appointment. I’ve had poor experience with Emily in the past and intended to request a different technician. I arrived at 5:50 PM, but no one acknowledged me — no greeting, no inquiry about my appointment, nothing. Three staff members were busy with nails and didn’t even look up. I informed them I had a 6 PM appointment and sat down. By 6:05 PM, I asked when they would be ready and was told “a few minutes,” with no mention of my scheduled appointment. I understand some wait time

Awful owner: disrespectful , dismissive, and arrogant. I asked the nail technician to have water bath prior to cutting my cuticle for regular manicure, she was barking in Chinese to her that they do not do that. Entire conversation she was with her back to me. I told her multiple times that her behavior is disrespectful and she continued to do that. I would never go back there and would not recommend to anyone to go there. I went there before for UV Gel and her attitude was totally different. Regular manicure is $50 vs $80. Unhappy with attitude, huge turn off!

Over priced and HORRIBLE job. She rushed my powder gel manicure that she even filed off my skin. My nails were cracked legit 2 hours after I left. Don’t recommend this place go anywhere BUT here. Update- my nail officially broke off one week after I went. This is suppose to last AT LEAST 2 weeks

Heavy use of e-file thinned my nails out so much and I’m dealing with very thin nails now. Jessie completely destroyed my nails for the time being and I have to wait until they all grow out. Not sure if she was rushing because I was a 6pm appointment, or what, but she used that electric file to the point where my nails were burning. Wanted receipt after I paid and she would not provide either.
