I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because the owner Roxy is incredible. I went in for a standard gel manicure with a regular French tip on my toes. After the pedicure (which was done poorly) on top of the fact that she kept pushing and pushing me ti get gel on my toes after I said I didn’t want it. I went for the manicure. When the manicure began Linda kept pushing and pushing me to get tips. I have a mild allergy to acrylic so that’s not an option for me and I expressed that. I noticed the gel color I chose looked expired but I went against my gut. Once the coats were done I noticed how sloppy it looked I gave Linda the benefit of the doubt because like I said the polish was old. I asked if she could clean it up. She just kept
I stopped going here in 2022 after a bad experience. The woman that was doing my nails kept saying “You know how much this will cost right? And if you want marble it will be too expensive”. I finally had to tell her after saying it multiple times that if I couldn’t afford it I wouldn’t be there. On 9/1 I decided to give them another try. The woman that did my nails on 9/1 was not only unwelcoming but she also slapped my hands around more than I care to have experienced while doing them and putting lotion on them. When doing my thumb she twisted my thumb around my hand to the point of discomfort. Just an overall bad experience nails and pedicure. Not only was the service bad but the quality was also not up to par with the price tag of $121. If the nails were at least nice I would have been
The owner is nice and hands out gifts (bottles of lotion) sometimes. Some of her workers are another story. I had one of the most offensive, disrespectful, and RACIST experiences of my life. Station #9, Asian girl with the blond hair, repeatedly got snarky and loud with me for asking clarifying questions about how she was doing my nails. Keep in mind, I’m a professional and keep that energy in these settings, so I wasn’t matching her energy. Another Black woman came in to ask if she can get her nails done - she told her to come back without so much as looking at her and the salon was nearly empty. There’s also a mean and old Asian lady there who gives dirty looks. They will never see another “red” cent of my hard-earned GOOD money, I have taken my business elsewhere. TO THE OWNER: check yo
I had a horrible experience here!!! I came in to get a simple cut down, refill, and French tip and my left hand was shaped completely different than the right and cut extremely shorter. It was very obvious from looking but the nail tech proceeded to act like she did not see it. When I then asked her to fix it she told me I asked for the short length on the left hand. Even though my right hand visibly did not match my left in length at all!! So she proceeds to lengthen 2 nails by adding acrylic and leaves my middle finger very visibly shorter. By this point I was over it so I didn’t even bother asking her to fix it again. $65 completely waisted!! The staff was not polite at all and two other nail techs came and tried to fix my nails but all acted as if I was getting on their nerves. I will
Extremely disappointed with my service. Lady cut my nail so short that it hurts now when I walk. I was bleeding on two toes because of how aggressive she was. See photos below. I’m in pain when I walk. She slammed the gel dryer on my toes multiple times. She worked too fast and results showed. I was so upset with how it turned out, I wish I didn’t even tip. I picked a color for my toenails and the lady said “no I don’t give you that one, it’s too light”. I said that’s the color I wanted and she refused to give it to me. I ended up picking another color because I was insecure about the one I originally wanted now. That was extremely rude and I am upset I chose that salon. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would love a refund.
