My first massage appointment with Diane of Red Lotus was excellent. She was extremely thorough and focused as I was in great discomfort. She demonstrated in depth knowledge of what she suspected was happening - my back and hamstrings were giving me the most discomfort. She recommended I consult with a chiropractor to hone in on the issue further. She suggested yoga asanas for me which also helped, following the appointment. She has massage mastery and professionalism. Great, serene office setting as well.
