best service ever!! first time going here, it was a gift to my bestie Taylor! Annie was so welcoming - gave Taylor a free lotion for her bday. Kelly & Ivy were so funny, the four of us had the best time. We def will be back! The service here is phenomenal & the quality is just as good. This is a hidden gem in mass! I’ve been here a few times and every time has been exceptional! This time, Annie did such a great job on my nails, I love the holiday designs she suggested! Annie’s the best - always super attentive, friendly, and thorough. She even stayed after the shop closed to finish my nails, how sweet. Will def be back… 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been seeing Christina at Red Lotus for about a year now. I’ll never see anyone else again. I let her pick what she does to my nails and have never been displeased. The owner Annie and all of her employees are extremely friendly and happy. 5 stars

This was the worst nail experience of my life. I got a French manicure done and didn’t sit at a nail salon table for a manicure. It was so bizarre. I then got a pedicure and she did my nails while I sat in the pedicure chair. The cut, paint everything was bizarre and rushed and it certainly isn’t cheap to get your nails done. Extremely disappointing.

5 stars! Nails in Stoneham is truly a gem. The salon is always spotless and well-managed, and I never have to wait long for my appointment. Belle, in particular, is amazing—she’s kind, thoughtful, and incredibly gentle, especially with nail clipping. She takes her time and makes the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. I've never had a bad visit here and always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for consistent, quality nail care!
