I’ve had lymphatic treatments/massages in spas around the world and I can say that Rita is an incredibly talented lymphatic drainage specialist. I highly recommend going to her! I will definitely be going back for monthly service, and I just referred a friend who had surgery as well. She is well-studied and truly understands the lymphatic system and how to move excess fluid out of the body. She wasn’t pushy with packages and I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. Oh my goodness, I don’t have enough great things to say about Rita! I was expecting just a regular hand massage, but instead she pulled out a heated, vibrating cupping device that absolutely tears apart hard lumps and swelling. I noticed and felt a difference in my skin immediately after her finishing, so I can only imagine how it’ll look after waking up over the next few days! I highly recommend you book here. This has been the best lymphatic drainage massage I’ve had so far.

Rita the owner is SO COOL. She uses old Chinese healing techniques, but with a modernized twist. Her healing technique truly has an art to it. Red Cupping TRULY flushes the lymphatic system! I feel less tight and more mobile after each appointment. Also, tend to have “weaker” blood circulation in my body, so my fingers are always cold. After each appointment though, my blood circulation improves so much, my hands are warm and can handle the cold Washington weather. I feel very blessed to find Red Cupping and to meet Rita!

The 90 minute lymphatic drainage with cupping was a wonderful experience if you enjoy these techniques and practices. I could have gone the max 2 hours, but that initially seems long. The environment was welcoming and caring. I loved the warmed bed and hot neck towel at the end. I feel completely revived, but also the effects of a slight detox. Planning on returning and recommending services. Quite unique.
