I’ve gone a lot for pedicures and they’re always been great but since it was Easter weekend I also treated myself to a gel mani. The polish only lasted 3 days before it started to come off and it was a really expensive visit for me. Really disappointed .

I’ve visited this salon a few times hoping my experience would improve, but unfortunately it hasn’t. The staff’s commentary has felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, and the quality of the work has been rushed and inconsistent. For the prices charged, I expected more attention to detail and customer care.

The service here is great however I did get a full set of gel nails that took 2hrs to complete, I wasn't upset at the time or the fact that the form of my nails were horrible or the fact that the French tip wasn't how I had asked. I figured she was learning. she did ask if I loved the shape I did say yes because I don't usually speak up, same with the polish. before getting my nails done I did get a pedicure, regular $35 I told her I wanted gel polish she let me know it was $20 more I was ok with with so my total for that was $55 and a note was brought up to the nail counter where I am. the person doing my nails said $95 I figured it was my whole total. I said ok that's fine and the reason I wasn't upset about the nails figure it was $40 and I said you get what you pay for. when I went up
