Absolutely ‘blown away’ by my experience with Frank at Reconnect! From the moment I sat in the chair, I knew I was in expert hands. I came in with a clear idea of the hair color and cut I wanted, and he not only listened attentively—he delivered it to perfection. It’s so rare to find someone this committed and passionate about their craft. He gave my hair his full attention, making sure every step aligned with what I asked for. He was also unbelievably gentle throughout the whole process—no tugging, no rushing, just pure care. And let me tell you, the head massage? Heavenly! Easily the best I’ve ever had at a salon. Love this place everyone working there is friendly. I get my hair cut with Frankie he is a 10 out of 10. I enjoy seeing him and leaving the saloon with a great cut. He will tell you what works with your face and body shape it's nice to have someone who is knowledgeable, skilled and honest.

I was overdue for a haircut and stumbled upon Reconnect. The website had an inviting, professional vibe, so I decided to take a chance. I used the online booking app, selecting "any stylist" and, lucky for me, Frank had an opening the very next day! When I arrived, at least 3 different people welcomed me. The receptionist made me a cup of tea and even took time to chat. When Frank was ready, he greeted me with a smile, and listened to my hair woes as we looked at the photos I'd brought for reference. He took great care creating a style that met my hopes for this haircut, and he obviously understands fine, naturally curly hair! What a great experience. ❤️

This review is LONG overdue, mostly because it's hard to condense all the great things I want to say to a reasonable length. Paul is AMAZING! I've been going to him for close to 10 years and he now cuts my daughter's hair as well. We've never had a cut that we didn't love. He really understands hair and takes the time to make sure you get a style that works for your hair and lifestyle and looks great. When a new style doesn't grow out perfectly, I can tell him what didn't work and he always knows how to fix it so that it is perfect the next time. He is also a great person who cares about people.

LANG AND PAUL ARE BOMB!! Warning: long story ahead I came in about a week ago for color and a cut. It was my first time at Reconnect, but after reading reviews for Lang and Paul, I felt confident I'd have a good experience. I have fine, very curly hair and I've found it hard to find stylists who know how to color or cut accordingly. Paul came over first and talked to me about what I was hoping for in a cut. I'm easy about my hair, I usually just want "whatever will look good", so he walked me through some ideas and we crafted a plan. Then Lang and I spent awhile talking about my color.
