I was a regular customer here for nearly a year. Allen was my primary barber, and his work was consistently good. Crystal also did a solid job cutting my son’s thick, curly hair, as did the barber she replaced. Amanda was always friendly. Based strictly on haircut quality, I had no complaints. This review is about professionalism and communication. Despite showing up on time, tipping, and maintaining positive interactions at every visit, I was abruptly told that I should no longer return because I was “not a good fit.” No explanation was given, and there was no effort to discuss the situation or retain my business. Ending a long-term customer relationship without notice or clarification is unprofessional and creates unnecessary confusion. Basic communication would have gone a long way to

I've gone to Cheyenne twice now to get my hair cut and both times I thoroughly enjoyed both the conversation and the resulting cut. I wasn't sure how long it was going to take to find someone who could work with my hair after moving to San Antonio, but I was lucky enough to find someone on the first try! Highly recommend

Great barbershop! Rebel Rebel has a welcoming and laidback vibe. Booking an appointment through their website was very easy. Amanda did a great job! She is very friendly and professional, and took her time to make sure that that my haircut was exactly what I wanted. I loved my haircut and will definitely be returning!

Brought both our exchange boys here for their 1st American style haircuts. They really enjoyed the vibe. Might have to book me a hair visit soon myself.
