I also attended the yoga and cultural immersion retreat on Ikaria in September 2025. If you are looking to experience Greek island life I highly recommend going with Rena and staying with Thea and her family! It was not crowded at all in September but the weather was perfect and the ocean warm. No chain hotels, no chain restaurants, no crowds - heaven!

I cannot recommend Rena's Ikaria yoga and cultural immersion retreat highly enough—it was truly a life-changing experience (so much so that I returned for a second time!). We practiced yoga at sunset overlooking the Aegean Sea, swam in the healing waters of Therma, explored the island's rich history and traditions, and shared unforgettable meals made from fresh, local ingredients. I love my yoga class. Rena is an amazing teacher and friend. Her multi faceted training as a Physical Therapy Assistant and her passion for yoga guides her instruction for the most beneficial, non harmful movements. Also, just as important is Rena's kindness, encouragement, and acceptance of all people no matter their size or experience. My overall sense of well being is better because of taking Rena's yoga class. I highly recommend anyone to try it.

Life-changing care! I have visited ReBalance Center on several occasions for AAT (Associative Awareness Technique) and PRRT (Primal Reflex Release Technique) sessions. The treatments I have received have greatly reduced my anxiety and some physical discomfort related to anxiety. Receiving/learning AAT has been a life-changing event.
