I love this salon. Every stylist is excellent. I have been to Read Brown and now go to Marlena Castro and have always been very, very pleased with the cut, color and styling. It is a huge relief to walk in needing a hair fix and walk out feeling fabulous! Marlena does both hair and nails - with full service pampering! Read has thoughtfully created a very Zen and relaxed salon ambiance. It is the ideal place to really let your stress dissipate. Come here - you will be in the very good and experienced hands of this salon.

Read has a lovely salon located within a group of other salons and personal care businesses conveniently located near Ramon and Sunrise. She is very personable and professional and always a pleasure to see. Also, she provides a great hair cut!!

I highly recommend visiting Read Brown if you are from out of town and in need of a wonderful cut, style, and color. I saw Darrin and truly had the best experience of my life! Easily the high point of my vacation! No other salon has provided me with notes so that i can maintain my hair back home, for that I am so thankful! I will definently come back anytime I'm in town.

Check out the website first and from there pick a stylist! They have a bio for each one and a link to email or call them to make an appointment. It’s by appointment only so make sure you do this because it is so worth it. I personally use Nicolas Elliot and after he does my hair let me tell you I can’t stop the compliments. He is extremely friendly and great at what he does. If you need a color job and don’t want to damage your hair he is the man to go see! Trust me!
