I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. The advertised discounts for estheticians and cosmetologists are misleading — I saved exactly barely $2.50, and I quickly found that Amazon not only offered similar pricing but also had a far superior return policy. Despite claiming to offer professional pricing, I ended up paying full price. On top of that, they charge a restocking fee for returns even though the products are just a few feet away and the store is staffed hourly. Charging a fee under these circumstances feels dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend shopping here if you are expecting genuine professional discounts or customer service.

Horrible customer service, won't be going back. I will go to the Humble store much nicer and they want to help you find products, girl at Woodlands doesn't want to help had bad attitude 😒

I've been shopping here for years and recently experienced some very poor customer service. I tried some new products from a relatively new line in the store. I took them home, used them 1-2 times each and didn't care for them at all. I tried to take them back, with my receipt in hand and the store wouldn't accept my return, 3 days after my purchase. They told me that since I had used the products I had to contact the distributor directly, so I did just that. The distributor informed me that they didn't understand why this location refused my return because even if the product had been used they would absolutely accept the return from RDA. So, effectively RDA would be reimbursed from the distributor and not be out any money, but instead they choose poor customer service. Buyer beware

Picking up order for hairdresser I work with. Lady in store had everything pulled and charged out. Hairdresser had called and needed another item lady pulled it and was done. Store very clean and organized.

Wonderful place to shop if you have a cosmetology license! Everyone is very nice. Very educated and friendly.
