I want to start with I shop weekly at this store due to the fact that it’s the only place I can purchase shades e q . If i could get it any where else i would never step foot back in here !!! I spend bare minimum $ 200 a week . I learned my lesson for the last time yesterday after purchasing a tool. I took it out of the package broken tried to return it to Rda and was told we don’t return tools . My salon returns everything to Armstrong with such ease. They should have to display a warning ( we do not return tools.) so that people like me don’t get screwed because we assume they will do the right thing. I want to add a co worker the same day purchased a blow dryer, it turned out to be extremely heavy so she could not use it and was told the same thing and was ticked off because no one men

Pam needs to get fired immediately. She not only is inefficient and inconvenient she works at a beauty supply store with NO product knowledge,all while taking her job way too seriously. It’s almost as if they don’t want anyone to spend money there. Avoid the trouble and don’t go here. This location rated 3.6 stars is a joke …shouldn’t even get one star.

The customer service is absolutely awful here. The slim lady with the glasses has no customer service skills at all. She should not be the first person people talk to at the front desk, especially when the customer is looking for products and is asking about them. She simply does not care for the customer or their needs.

Dread coming to this location. The slim lady with glasses , a bit older is usually the one who checks me out. Every time I go she says she can’t find me in the system because my name is spelt incorrectly but never fixes it. Nor my address. Just seems lazy. Forget about asking product info. Rude and not knowledgeable about the brands.

Unreal, don't waste your time. I drive 30 minutes to this location in Pasadena, and was told she has no change so I could not purchase what I need, her words were I only purchased one item, and its early and I would take all her change. GO GET CHANGE!! just so unbelievable.. Basically a waste of my time.
