RDA Pro-Mart

I didn't find exactly what I was looking for here but they had a large selection of other items that I've been looking for so it ended up being a win even though I didn't get my original item. Clientele service is amazing there there to explain products and everything. How to use them? Very well educated staff

This is my favorite Beauty Supply store! They’re always very friendly and helpful and always have the latest products!

This place is no good!! the managers Jesse and Ashley were smoking marijuana in the back. Stay away from this place the prices are way to much and if you hate being treated rude and wait for things that are expired and over priced this is the place to be and you also have to have a license to shop here which is bogus in my opinion so you’re better off going to Sally’s were they have better service and prices!!!

Management at this place is horrible especially the owner of Marylin she treats her employees very badly harassing them throwing items slamming product on table to get the employees attention in front of customers. Every time I go in the store they’re different people working and they all seem to be under age. I’ve contacted the store and Left a complaint and no one called me back. The HR person Mariam is just as rude and harassing to the employees there. Speaking to them like they’re beneath her. I will never shop and support this kind of harassment again especially when Management thinks it’s OK to treat people this way. I will not support this business.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with management, you think because you are a loyal customer that continuously purchases large amounts of products from the store for the hair salon, they treat you very unprofessionally. Just because you walk in the store and don’t meet their expectations, that shouldn’t be a reason to look down on a hairstylist and make them feel like they don’t have the money to purchase anything from the store. As professional hairdressers we know the importance of giving our best service to our clients, so they can keep coming back. I don’t think I will be buying from the same place that has poor customer service.
