I have come here since my beauty school days and have not turned back. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful and I am able to find everything I need. The store is never a mess and I always enjoy my time in there

The owner here saw customer reading about one of their products online, and in front of all the other customers, says "I hope if you buy that online that it breaks!" and proceeded to try to argue with her, though she was respectful back and still bought product! This place could really up their professionalism, unfortunately.

No good place to buy. I buy a product in the clearance department as 60 ./. Off and the lady charge me for the original price. Plus, one of the white ladies is no nice,I think she dont know what a customer service is.

Purchased a trimmer this morning it wouldn't cut. Took it back the same day to exchange it for the same. They wouldn't even do that. Didn't even carry the blade to exchange the blade. $ down the drain. I'll never buy tools from the lmao again.
