Omg!! R&D is the best Dominican salon in Waterbury! I’m used to getting a full sew-in, but I just couldn’t deal with the itching anymore. I went to R&D and explained that I wanted a sew-in that would last without giving me a dry scalp. She took her time, used a sewing machine to sew my wefts for that full, flawless look, and installed my extensions so perfectly and seamlessly. I’ll definitely be back!!!
