The only reason I am even giving a two star review is because the guy at the desk thanked me for waiting after I waited a significant time to be seen. I gave two simple designs to the guy who immediately was saying that he couldn’t do them and that I would have to wait for a different technician who had just gotten started on another woman. In the midst of trying to take care of me, he left for a smoke break and then came back to tell me that there was nothing he could do shut off his light and left his workstation with me sitting there. I have recommended so many people to this place, but to be treated like this I absolutely refuse. I will never ever come back here and I will absolutely tell anyone that asks me to never come here. It may not make a difference, but that was so unprofession

Horrible Customer Service, got my nails done 2 weeks ago by the older gentleman and I told him one of my nails I believe was broken. He ensured me that he fixed it properly. I also had to ask him multiple times to stop drilling at my cuticles because it was hurting. A few days later my nail came off. The same gentleman also did my pedicure. He drilled my toenails paper thin and now my toenails are chipping. I called today to speak to Tito to let him know and he basically brushed me off. I don’t know if he thought I was asking him to redo my nails and feet for free or what. I was just trying to make him aware. But Tito consistently kept over talking me. They are quick to take your money but don’t want to resolve any issues. But it’s ok Tito and his wife will never get another penny from me

They make up prices as they go, no one charges same prices. they tell you one thing then when it’s time to pay it’s another price. Do not go around 5/6pm because they rush you out and you’ll get a rush job that’s not neat or clean. A pedicure is the same price as full set French tip. I was told pedicure was 40 with regular polish then the lady with the white make up then changed it to 45.

Love my nails always professional and they stay atop the new trends. Can get pretty crowded on Saturdays but that's common at any great nail salon. Still doing an amazing job! Never disappointed

Went in for regular Mani/Pedi and this was the result after 4hrs, no water no hard work. Called and they refused to re-polish. I was told regular polish = no guarantee. So no gel or acrylic or nothing. I don’t do gel or acrylic cuz I damages my nail bed. I will not return nor do I recommend this shop.
