To start, I believe the owner provided my haircut. Additionally, my visit was scissor cut only (regardless of my request for scissor cut) which speaks volumes. It is a fantastic shop that I would recommend to any man. Of the few (slightly varying) pictures I showed her, she told me which one would be best suited for my hair and face then followed up by explaining why. Furthermore, she explained her process and decisions. All of this clearly displayed her knowledge and care for the end result. After she asked about one aspect of the cut, I provided feedback and she happily adjusted to make the cut fantastic. Of the six shops I called in bemidji on the day I was in town hers was the only shop to answer the phone. My only complaint bringing it down to four stars was the lack of any employe

I just called for an appointment and idk why they are letting who ever answered the phone answer the phone… disgusting attitude…the vibe was definitely not a fun environment to get your hair cut so I didn’t even bother trying to make the appointment….🤷‍♀️

My grandson was graduating the next day, and I called to get an emergency haircut for him. They were very professional from the phone call. Jody, let me speak to Sam (Shout out to SAM). Sam was booked for the day. But Sam asked what time was the graduation. I told her 11am. She was so nice and understanding, Sam said I can come in early 8am and do it for him. I was so HAPPY!!!! We were a little late because we went to the wrong salon. But when we got there everyone was so welcoming and warm. I LOVE the haircut Sam did, and so did my 5yr old Grandson and his Pa Pa. Thank You so Much for being there for us. Please go to this Salon. I would definitely back whenever I'm in Bemidji, Minnesota.

Beautiful shop welcoming well lit environment. Lots of convenient parking. Friendly experienced staff. As someone who works in customer service I love how the owner stands up for her staff and expects customers to treat them with basic human decency. And of course great haircuts!! 5 stars!

Feeling a little less than stellar with my boring hair I was happy to find that a quick haircut was possible, on a busy Saturday. Nikki was welcoming and we had a good conversation. Her attentive, personalized approach ensured I left with the stylish pixie cut I wanted. I am already looking forward to a repeat visit - next time I'm back in town visiting family.
