Raymond did an excellent job with my haircut. He brings decades of experience from New York City, and it shows in the precision and care he puts into his work. I was particularly impressed by his attention to detail and his refined sense of aesthetics—he approaches a haircut as a craft, not just a routine service. Sedona is fortunate to have a stylist of this caliber in the community. Highly recommended.

I don't appreciate that I had to dispute and negotiate for the value of my time and my worth as a woman. I was severely disappointed in my treatment as not just a customer, but as a woman. I can't account for the 3 stylists I saw at the salon, but the owner Raymond made me feel like my time was less important than his. In the climax of the patriarchy being dismantled, and us women demanding our rights and worth as individuals and as a gender, this individual failed miserably to provide a safe space to have my hair be done the way I asked for it to be done. This experience made it very clear that Raymond Rodriguez subconsciously hates women. He took almost 3 hours to do a simple root touch up and highlighting, and overcharged me $500. Ronda, where have you been all my life! I have never had such an amazing salon experience! It’s clear Ronda takes her work seriously, she’s incredibly professional, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, it was amazing! I go to the salon to relax and be pampered and to leave feeling beautiful and more confident. My last few stylists didn’t know how to work with my hair and gave me horrible experiences. It’s like Ronda knew my hair better than I did! She knew what I needed and gave me exactly what style I wanted. She set realistic expectations and made me feel understood and seen. I felt so comfortable and relaxed with her. She clearly knows hair and treats her clients like royalty. The only downside is time flew 😂! Can’t wait for my next cut! I hope my hair gross out fast!

My go to for years has been a local barber in town who without a doubt has the cleanest fade game in this area but with that being said I was referred to Rhonda and will no longer be seeing another hair stylist besides her from this point forward!

Ronda is absolutely amazing! She’s one of the best stylists ever! Shes very professional, knowledgeable and up to par with the styles. And she does amazing blond! Totally recommend Ronda!
