Raw sugaring wax spa

Very unprofessional. Purchased a Groupon and made an appointment which was cancelled less than an hour ahead because of an unexpected car emergency. Made a second appointment a few days later and same thing happened this time supposedly because of a power outage. Doubt excuses were real. Even still, it was just extremely mediocre customer service. Got a refund from Groupon.

Reviews can tell you alot about a business. Here is my fair review of this business. I had used the services here twice before leaving this review and I was happy with the service I received. The waxing space was very small and a little untidy but because of the good prices I decided to ignore that and continue using this business . I prepaid for a session after my visits and I was trying to use my prepaid session for the last 4 months but everytime it seemed we could not settle on an appt because after all everyone is busy. Finally we came to an agreement for an appointment last night. I get there and the business is closed lights turned off , I texted the owner no response, no show. I left work early to accommodate the time she said she could fit me in for the evening which was 6:45 eve

Horrible experience. She is rude unprofessional and definitely not worth it. Made an appointment two day in advance when I get to the salon it’s closed I called about 15 times, no answer at alll. Never called me back to apologize or to reschedule. Now after two weeks of calling... again I tried one more time since I have been getting ignored, she answered the phone saying “YEAH” not even polite .... extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend any one here. There’s actually a awesome spot down the street that does waxing also and is open until 8 they take walk ins and they won’t cancel without notice 😉

Visted this place yesterday with a Groupon. Don't be misled like I was. It advertises the Ramada name implying that it is part of the hotel which is inaccurate. Google the Ramada and it says nothing about Spa services. The "spa" is questionable about the services provided. I still have a coupon that I will be canceling - I wouldn't send anyone here.

Stephanie is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional! On the plus side she’s super sweet! I would recommend her and all of her services!!!
