Hello, I was supposed to be a 1st time client on Friday. The hair stylist didn’t communicate with me but one time asking what I wanted. I was 5mins late because I couldn’t find the entrance. She had me wait 30mins until I left. I do not recommend and regret wasting my time. I specifically told her just a wash n cut and though I would like a blow out I didn’t have the time for it. She then started showing 2 people her shop I’m guessing and assistant and only but that one time asking me what I wanted just left me there to wait. An appointment I would think especially a 1st time client should be priority. I would never go back, was not welcoming or inviting at all. I do not usually give ratings but I felt the need to express in regard to this poor experience.

I booked with Quee for a very much needed trim and I will definitely be back! She’s the first person that has took her time with my hair, noticing my problem areas and getting rid of everything that needed to be gone. The shop is clean, staff is polite, and they play a little music in the background for some vibes. Prices are very reasonable also.

The service is always amazing and relaxing whenever I visit. Aqueelah has a special way to make you feel comfortable, and she isn't "scissor happy"! Update: My suggestion for people starting their healthy hair journey. Book the Wash, Treatment & Trim It will allow you to get comfortable while she is learning your specific hair type, etc. It also includes a steam treatment and head massage. 😍
