I had such a great experience with Shari. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me a cut that feels fresh and flattering. I left feeling like the best version of myself. She’s easy to talk to and clearly knows her craft, making sure her clients are happy with the result. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next trim…thank you, Shari!

I was a new customer for a haircut and saw good reviews about Taylor. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend Taylor. I came to get a haircut, and she didn't spend even 30 minutes on my hair. She didn't check at the end to see if I was happy. I was unhappy with the front (lacked style) and had to ask to come back. I came back to fix it up and explained exactly what I wanted tweaked (wasn't hard nor long to do). She did not do that, now it's uneven, and it’s obvious. She botched my hair! Very unprofessional. Extremely upset about my haircut and will not be returning to her. I will let my hair grow out and go to another salon with someone who is older.

I get THE BEST dry haircuts for my curly hair! I walk in, sit down, Sherry trims my curls and the frizzy mess immediately bounces back into well ordered curls that are happy! I could just walk out like that and be happy. However, I enjoy getting my hair washed and styled and it gives her one last chance to clip anything that's not behaving properly. This was my 3rd visit and I couldn't be happier!

As a long time customer, there was no better choice than John and Taylor to style my and my family’s hair for my wedding. They worked with us pre-wedding on hair trials and scheduling to keep us on track morning of. In addition to customized updos and blowouts for the bridal party, they were flexible, on time, and cheerful. Getting ready was a stress-free experience! Everyone was happy with their style, from the bride to the grandmother, and our hair lasted all day, including on the dance floor. Thank you John, Taylor, and Jan - you’re the best!

The salon is quaint and the stylists are super sweet. My favorite colorist Nicollete recently joined the team and I’m really excited that Raves will be my new go to hair salon!
