Rashmi's Eyebrow Threading

Did great job with a long, long over due full face wax and eyebrow threading. Not a regular so unsure how many people work here but there was one person on a Saturday. Walk-in was welcome and wait depends on how many have walked-in before you.

Gina is very sweet she is there Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. She does my eyebrows (Threading) and lip and she does an excellent job, she always does them very nice. Would recommend her !

Very bad service. Firstly she doesn’t give you positive vibe, she is rude always. Since we don’t have any options nearby me and my friends go there. But every time she disappoints us with bad attitude. This time she even spoiled my eyebrows and when I tried to question her she was telling me “may be you don’t have hair there from the beginning” . That’s horrible. One more thing that bothers me is she needs tips if we like your service then we give you don’t have to assume or ask us. One time I didn’t gave her so she treated me even bad.

Service was alright, however I did not like the fact that the lady checking me out did not give my change as I handed her the money she instantly said “Thank you” and avoided eye contact. I told her I needed my change and she rolls her eyes and says “I thought you were tipping” sorry but you can’t expect a tip from every customer. The previous customer (of her nationality) didn’t tip or was given any of that treatment. That is why I give 2 stars only. Tipped her my change but probably will not come to this location for that. Assuming isn’t cool.

I haven’t had my eyebrows threaded in some time, waxing just never satisfies me in regards to keeping my brow shape and definition the way that I want. Yogi was so wonderful in making sure that my eyebrows came out perfect, she was fast too and I was super impressed with how well they came out. I can’t wait to see her again in a few weeks for a touch up! Customer service was amazing and she was truly so soft work and made me feel comfortable to come into a new location and getting my brows threaded for the first time in years!
