I got a balayage for the first time and Sue made the experience worthwhile. Sue was very professional and guided me through the whole process. I will definitely be coming back.

While on vacation I decided to get a spontaneous haircut and get some bleach stripes and I decided to come here for no particular reason but I’m so glad I did. Mrs.Soo was so kind and fun to talk to while getting my hair done. Since I was trying something new I was nervous but after showing her what I wanted to do with my hair she did exactly what I asked for. Over all an amazing experience, highly highly recommended coming!

BEST OF THE BEST!! Renee has been my hairdresser for nearly 10 years and she is one of the best and most knowledgeable hairdressers in the city. I highly recommend her, she is a master when it comes to color and treatments, and does a precise job on cuts. She’s always receptive when I want a color/cut change and makes sure my hair stays healthy. All of the ladies at RAS Salon are so friendly, and it’s truly one of the best salons in Fayetteville.

If I could find a word to rate my experience(or lack thereof), it would be unprofessional!! This salon was recommended to me by someone so I decided to give it a try. I called to make an appointment as a new client, Sue gave me an appointment that was supposed to be for today. While I was setting the appointment, I made it a point to ask her if she had any policies regarding the appointment process or cancelation. She says, “No, just call if you can’t make it.” So then she calls me while I’m at work yesterday (around 4 pm) and I couldn’t answer because I don’t get off until 5:30. When I finally listen to the voice message, it states that my appointment has been cancelled because I didn’t confirm the appointment. Mind you, she didn’t state this was a rule when I asked her on the phone. So t
