Love, love, love Raquel! She is so sweet and all I had to do was show her a pic of what I wanted and she delivered!!

I asked for ambre she did bleach throughout my entire hair. Ombre is a brownish to yellowish bleach color. My hair ended up Grey! All I can say is. Deep inside I wanted to cry. Being a nice person I walked away, payed. 2 years later I'm writing this review, hoping to have someone fix my hair.

The lady messed up my wife's hair. She wanted to dye it a dark blood red but ended with a bright one. The lady did not even mention what she was going to do therefore having too pay extra without knowing. Looked like she didn't know what she was doing, sidetracked and distracted by all the chattering with other people (lacking the ability to multitask) and to make it worst a faker by saying she cares about the people's hair yet she bleached the heck out my wife's hair. A $53 job (at a different salon we had to go to for better results) turned out being $120 here. Really, don't go here. Better chance going at a different random salon then this one.

Best beauty shop I've been to. Hands down best service, best prices, and extremely welcoming. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. This is, now, the only place I will get my hair done at.

She does really great work. I wouldn't have anyone else do my hair.
