If you have natural hair, do not come here. My hair is completely fried. Curls will not revert back. I decided to book here since their website specified they "cater" to all hair types including curly and coily. I got service done on Dec 13th by Ms. Raquel. The silk press came out very beautiful and silky. The staff were nice and welcoming. I received a wash, deep condition, silk press and hair cut. I asked one of the young lady's if any of their products had straightening chemicals, she said no. Just to make sure. As of Dec. 28th, I washed my hair 4 times and did a aphogee protein treatment. My curls will not revert back. If you care about your natural curls, I repeat do not come here.

Literally going back to Raquel’s ASAP! This was easily the best blowout I’ve gotten in years! I haven’t trusted anyone to cut my hair in forever but I trusted Raquel’s and they cut it sooo perfectlyyyy it blew my mind. My hair has been healthy and growing ever since I’ve gone to see them. Highly recommended, especially for curly hair! They were thorough with the process and still gentle, explained everything from cost to routine and the staff including the shampoo woman were very kind! Can’t wait until my sister flies up to visit and tries them too haha! 🫶🙌

Took me and my daughters here the day before Valentine’s Day to get our hair blow dried and straightened and Raquel and staff were very kind and did an excellent job on all of our hair. No chemicals or heavy heat. She also made sure my daughter got to her dance on time! -Thank You

I came today for wash/blow out + hair cut. Carmen did my wash and it was AMAZING! she scrubbed all my thoughts away.💓 Raquel did my blowout and trim & also offered me so much needed information about my hair care. I love how my hair looks and feels & I will 100% be back.

Front part on my scalp is burnt and hair is gone after my visit to this awful salon!!!! I won't be coming back and didn't finish my silk press since I was ready to go I've been to this salon many times. Took a break since the last time, it wasn't a bad nor good experience and the staff can be rude. Lianne is nice but the others, even Raquel, are rude. I came back since I wanted my hair dyed. I asked for Lianne or Raquel to do my hair. One thing about this salon, they give you whoever is available. An older woman styled my hair and left me for almost an hour with hair dye in my hair. Lianne and Raquel had to yell/get her attention from the back for her to get started on washing my hair. She was aggressive washing it too. So much shampoo was in my ear and felt like she was just spraying t
