My stylist was very attentive and thorough. She was up on new trends and had a detailed consultation to understand what I wanted. Their product lines smell fantastic! And the relaxing "eye treatment" they provide during their shampoo/conditioning scalp massage is another level and can't recommend it enough. Great experience!

Kendra did a wonderful job with shaping and styling my hair. Especially since it was the first time I've ever had my hair "styled" when I grew it out. And she did it all based on about 3 pictures of style I thought I might like and said, do your thing.
