After returning to NOTL, I was looking for a new salon and felt a bit nervous after being so spoiled having my hair done at home for the past year and a half. From the very first phone call with Anisa, I had a great feeling. As someone who’s been in business for years, I really value good service — and Sunday appointments work perfectly for my schedule. The salon was warm and inviting, with great music and coffee, and I had the entire space to myself. Being the only client made the experience feel very personal, almost like being at home. I loved that Anisa suggested a subtle change to warm up my blonde and talked through a plan to modernize my long hair so it stays healthy and youthful. Although I have lived in Niagara-on-the-Lake for 16 years, today was the first time I visited Rapunzels. I wish I had found it sooner!
