We bought a hot tub in 2024 from these folks. Throughout the purchase process, installation, maintenance, and small issues we've had with underlying components, Rapid Spa has been there for us. This org is customer-focused and ultimately the best in the business.
Kalen was very knowledgeable and helpful when we were looking for a new hot tub. The guys that came out to set the tub were very courteous and efficient even tho the weather wasn’t the best.
I worked directly with Ben and my experience with Rapid Spa was 10/10 amazing. I'd recommend every single time!
This is the only place to go to get a hot tub , sauna, or quality outdoor furniture. Staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. This is the second hot tub I have got from Brad and rapid spa and we will never go anywhere else for sales or maintenance they are the best in town by far !
I was an out of town spa buyer for our vacation home. Kalen made it easy. Great explanation of the product. Met all delivery schedules. Has been very helpful with questions. Call him if you want a great spa and great service.
