Ranis Nail n Spa

Really bad technicians on my visit. Got a mani pedi- for mani, did not soak fingers at all or use lotion. Instead used an electric gel file tool around edges of my nails (shaving off cuticle?) despite that I never use gel polish. Left Cuts on cuticles of fingers in multiple places from the tool. For pedi- they were using a pumice stone on my arch. (Why?). They did not remove dead dry skin around my toe nails. Little to no cuticle scissor work. I still Haven’t found a decent place for removing dry/dead skin in Naperville yet.. will keep looking. Price would be fine if they knew what doing- but for what I got, might as well have just slapped paint on and charged me half of what they did.

Got nails done by Nora! Perfect shape & color. Nora was friendly, helpful with tips (for my nail care). Everyone else in the salon, staff & siblings were unprofessional & really need to keep their chips and snacks off the nail stations and in the break area. (this portion of the review is because they were servicing my daughter at that station. so we had experience with multiple techs) Nails are good! Environment not desired.

Had the most beautiful manicure by Soyeon. I did the Russian manicure for the first time ever and she really took her time and was so gentle. Everyone was so professional. I even took a sneak peak at the head spa they just got there. I definitely want to do that next!

My first time at this spa. I got a no chop French manicure and can’t be happier. Staff is extremely nice and helpful with anything you might ask. Will definitely be back!

Walked in and was willing to take us before they closed. Loved service and attention they provided. Very professional and friendly.
