I went to you guys since 2021. I had nice curl pattern, long hair, and ever since I came to yall recently, my hair has been falling out. I read the reviews and see you put relaxers in people’s hair… I think you did the same to me. I haven’t had one since 2014 when I was 15…. Listen; you just ruined 10 years of natural beauty… my roots are a different texture than my shafts and it’s thinning. Wow… I loved you guys…

I went for a standard blow out. Hair looked amazing - no complaints there. But now I know how they got my hair so straight - they put relaxer in my hair without my consent! I haven’t had a perm in over 20 years. How dare they do this to people! This place needs to be shut down!!

Don’t ever go to RAMONAS SALON on Westfield ave! This was the most traumatizing day ever. I literally went to get my hair done on a Friday, it was the closest and fastest to me and I wanted to have it done before I picked up my kids up from school. I should’ve went with my gut feeling, after 10 minutes of waiting to get my hair washed I decided to just walk out and go elsewhere on another day at this point, I had probably less than 1 hour to get my kids . As I’m walking out she tells me “ no she’s gonna wash you now, in Spanish” so I decided to stay , so i sit to get my hair washed, and as she’s washing my hair- It smelled like a chemical or something so i asked her what was she washing my hair with and she just said shampoo and conditioner there was also a man near me that had dyed

Would NOT recommend for people with textured or curly hair. my best friend and I decided to treat ourselves with a blowout before the holidays and everything was great until we went to wash our both very curly 3c hair. IT WAS RUINED. Our curl pattern was gone. Our hair smelt like it had relaxer it in, it’s stringing, brittle, and completely dried and fried. DO NOT go here if you are a natural person looking for a quick blowout. I called to ask about it and they got defensive claiming that a treatment like that cost 200 and they wouldn’t do it for free ( there are many other ways to relax hair such as shampoo ). I do not recommend for naturally curly girls. My hair is ruined and I am soo disappointed

I got a deep conditioning wash and blow dry , trim, and silk press! Very nice and clean. No rushing! A decent price for my hair since I have very long hair.
