Ramble On Salon

Joey worked absolute magic on my fine hair. She took the time to find out what would work best for me and designed a cut that makes my hair full with lots of movement, something I am always trying to achieve (and usually failing at!). My sister even noticed how full my hair looked, especially in the back which is my biggest struggle point. My favorite part is that it grew out so well too, so it was a haircut I could enjoy as it went through stages. Thanks, Joey for being so warm and welcoming! Already looking forward to my next visit.

Joey nailed it! I gave her an idea of what i wanted and she knew just what to do. My hair was super long/heavy and now feels lighter with the most beautiful layers and a length that feels natural! Feeling new!

This salon is so great! Buffy is the best at what she does, though beyond that, their salon is so warm and inviting and just makes you feel like you’re sitting in someone’s little living room, bathing in natural light, without all the harsh smells or sights that typically accompany a salon visit. Check Ramble On out next time you want to get a little somethin somethin done to your do! I drive in from Austin just to see Buffy, so that may say something about how highly I regard Buffy and her art + space!

Joey was an absolute delight !! I usually drive into Austin for hair appointments because it’s so difficult to find people who know how to wrangle my curls, but she was incredible, and i haven’t loved a haircut so much in a long time !! Beautiful soothing atmosphere, very relaxing after my work shift !!

I gladly make the commute from Austin to Bastrop to get my hair cut by Buffy at Ramble On Salon. She is incredibly talented at what she does. I have thick, wavy, unruly hair that has been too challenging for lots of hairstylists, but not for Buffy. She is patient, precise, warm, and kind. Receiving care from Buffy is a treat and I cannot recommend her or her salon enough.
