Don't know anything about hair; braid too tightly. Really awful experience. I asked them directly and more than once what type of hair I needed to achieve the look I wanted. I was sent to a nearby beauty supply store and bought the EXACT hair I was told to buy. Not only was the hair awful (something I couldn't tell before they had already used it and put it in hot water) they seemed completely unapologetic. There are so many places to braid hair in the metro Atlanta area. I unfortunately walked into this one.
I have gone about 8 times in the past 6-7 years and have always been pleased with my hair and the services. I also think it may depend on who is braiding that day but I do not have any complaints(and I enjoy watching the African soap operas)
