Rajs Classic Cut Barber

Stopped in to get a Walk in cut. Just simple cut. I got to sit with Rocky and he was amazing. It was almost as good as a massage and be is a perfectionist. He looked for the best detail and greatest quality. This might be my new place to get a cut for a great price. He took his time and made sure I liked what I got.

Tried this place to check it out. Maybe they're good with VERY basic cuts, but they don't pay attention to detail. Asked to have a taper that was straight. The first thing the guy does is curve it. 🤦🏻‍♂️ it's not a taper at all either. Poorly blended. Too little off the sides, too much off the top. If you need precision and experience, don't go here. I'll have my guy fix this cut when he's back in town...

Well this place was certainly an experience! I can only speak for the person in place of Raj, as unfortunately he was out. I went on a Sunday and long story short I wasn't happy with my cut. I also asked for the barber to fix it and somehow they made it worse. The guy couldn't do a fade properly and didn't want to cut some off the top because it was "too much work" with curly hair. Funnily enough the price increased from $20 to $25 while I was in the chair , regardless of me being a student and also charging the guy before me $22. Not really sure how I feel about the bait and switch tactics but that certainly didn't make me feel better. To top it all off, the guy even said I'm required to tip $3 at a minimum per NY state law (which is malarkey), even though he overcharged me for the origi
