We had the most incredible experience at this Headspa! We booked the facial and hair service for my daughter’s 18th birthday, and it truly couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in, everything felt peaceful, luxurious, and so thoughtfully done. The facial left our skin glowing and refreshed, and the headspa treatment was pure relaxation the scalp massage, the warm water, the attention to detail… it was honestly next-level pampering. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience and not just the service. I’ve never done a head spa before, but it was one of my favorite things ever! Jannica was super nice and very accommodating, as I’m 7 months pregnant. She thoroughly cleaned my hair and understood how I wanted a nice relaxing experience. Will definitely book again!

I had been so excited for my head massage, but unfortunately left feeling really disappointed. I'll start with the positives — the room is adorable, and both the owner and the other staff member were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Sadly, my experience with the owner for the head massage and facial fell short of expectations. There was no actual head massage to speak of — she simply applied product to my hair and rinsed it out. I never once had that "oh, that feels so good" moment you hope for with a service like this. To make matters worse, when we left and I checked the clock on the way home, I realized we had finished at least 15 minutes before our appointment was supposed to end — meaning we didn't even receive the full time we paid for. We had the best couples head spa experience. My husband and I both enjoyed this experience together. It was relaxing, calming, and my hair and scalp have never felt so clean, refreshed, and healthy. The massage chair was a bonus. We’ll definitely be back and recommending Rayia to all our friends.
