Raini Nails and Spa

Made an appointment online for 930am. Arrived on time the same time as someone without an appointment. There were only 3 people working, but took us both to pedicure chairs quickly. I was put with Jimmy, who was very pleasant and had a great energy about him, but could not do an entire pedicure on his own. When he finished what he could do, I was left to wait for about 20 minutes until the manager came to trim and paint my nails. In the meantime, there was some confusion about what I needed for my fingers. The manager came over and removed the polish from one of my nails, and then snappily explained she had a call out and couldn't possibly find time to do my nails and walked away. Don’t bother making an appointment. I stopped going here about a year ago because they never ran on time (or even close to on time) for appointments. I wanted to give them another try and recommended them to my daughter for a pedicure before her graduation. She waited all day to have either Tracy or Mindy. They told her to come at 5:00pm. She arrived 10 minutes early then did not have either preferred staff. Had she known she would have gotten the pedi done earlier in the day. Today I had an appointment for a manicure arrived and was told they were running at least 10 minutes behind. I walked out. Will not try again or recommend to anyone. Sadly my nails really needed a manicure, as you can see by my pic.

Visited Raini Nails for the first time and had a great the experience! This place is quiet, spotless, and relaxing. Angela was great. I tried hard gel for the first time (usually do dip) and love the results—my nails look perfect. I will be back!

Such a friendly, cheerful salon! Staff was so friendly and warm…took excellent care of my daughter and I! So clean, and organized. Highly recommend 🥰

Angela is the sweetest women ive ever met. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The best manicure and pedicure ive ever had! I got dip with a tip. They came out so perfect and symmetrical. The color is gorgeous! I’ll never go anywhere else after this experience! I love them!
