Rainforest bodywork is a wonderful place! The space is lovely, calm and comfortable. SarahLyn is amazing, both her demeanor and her depth of knowledge are superb. The skills she taught me are life changing, no joke. I will be going back!

SarahLyn did an amazing job of listening to my needs and coming up with a personalized yoga therapy plan to help me build daily rhythms that support me. I have been experiencing anxiety, sleep loss, along with other perimenopause symptoms - using movement, Qi Gong, and yoga, SarahLyn created personalized videos that I could download and use throughout the day to regulate my nervous system and feel a better sense of calm.

I had terrible chronic back pain during all of my pregnancies. Massages with SarahLyn were one of the only things that provided me with relief. The session was amazing, and the pain relief lasted beyond the 90 minutes. The setup was great for my pregnant body. I have continued to see SarahLyn for massages now that I’m not pregnant because she is so incredible. I cannot recommend her enough - the combination of relaxation and therapeutic benefits is perfect. I get to rest while also reducing my aches and pains.

I walked in feeling crinked and in pain. I walked out feeling light and long! SarahLyn works magic on the body. My two hour appointment was totally worth it - finally the opportunity to address all my issues (and I have many). I can turn my neck again, my lower back feels eased, and I even got guidance on balancing my legs/glutes so they will work in harmony. 100% recommend

Saralyn has such incredible skill and is so intuitive with knowing which parts of the body need more attention. She has cultivated a peaceful, therapeutic space that feels safe and therefore even more relaxing. I always leave my sessions with her feeling lighter and more at ease. Her massages help untangle my posture from my occupational hazards. So happy to have found her!
