I went in for a removal of hard gel and to get a regular manicure. They took me in right away. I was seated and they thought I had powder. I advised them that I did not have powder, I had hard gel. I would presume is the owner. She was rushing to take off the polish and she was burning my nail bed with the e file. I advised her that it was burning and to please let the remover sit. She proceeded to yell and get nasty with me. When I said I was going to leave because they clearly didn’t know how to remove hard gel, which is fine I would have preferred you were honest and said you didn’t know how to remove it. The staff was super friendly and that is the only reason this review isn't one star. I'm not sure which nail tech I had but these were the acrylic nails I ended up with. I couldn't even stay longer for her to fix it because I had a flight to catch. Super disappointed because I thought I had finally found a new nail spot. I will never return & you should beware.

These place is great. I have never had my natural nails grown this long in ages !! Shout out to Mama and Kelly and everyone else. My special needs child gets his pedicure done on these premises. Environment is so calm. Gets crowded though and busy on Weekends. Love it.
