Rainbow Nail

Anthony and Mike completed my service today (mani-pedi) and it was a 10/10 experience. If youre looking for a nice atmospheric salon with amazing customer service, go to Rainbow Nails Augusta.

I came in with someone that I worked with, and and had them seated before myself. I kept asking the lady if I would have time to be seen. She ignored me. After the fifth time of me asking, she finally directed me to someone who was already booked. I went to her and she said yes and had me pick out a color and be seated. Turns out I didn’t have time to be seen after an hour (I have attached a screenshot from Life360 to show how long I was seated for). Now, I don’t mind the number of staff they had. I have a problem with them lying and saying that I’d be seen shortly and not being seen at all. To top it all off, they kept the front and back doors open, letting flies in and bothering us. Luckily, they were sweet and understanding enough for me to give 3 stars. They gave me an option to book

When I walked in everyone spoke and greeted me😊 this was my first time going here and I will be going back. I love my designs! 3 week Update: my second time going here and the ladies were still sweet but they only do basic nails. They are not up with the new designs.(different types of crystals, no puff balls, no rhinestones, etc)

I walked in at 4 PM and sat down. I could tell everyone was busy, but I was still clearly noticed. No one greeted me or asked what service I needed, so I assumed they were tied up and would check in with me shortly. After 30 minutes of waiting—still nothing. Another 10 passed, and not a single word had been said to me. I was there with my three-year-old, who kept asking, “When is it your turn?” Eventually, three other women walked in. They were greeted immediately, helped with picking polish, and seated ahead of me. I understand they likely had appointments—but after 45 minutes, not even acknowledging me or giving a quick update was unacceptable. A simple, “We’re booked up and it might be about an hour,” would’ve been all I needed. I would’ve happily taken my child and left. Unfortunate

I walked in and both ladies had a client. They told me to come back in an hour, so I wasn’t just sitting there waiting. I came back and they did my pedicure promptly. They did a great job and recently remodeled in the salon. I would highly recommend.
