Rainbow Kids Hairstyling

I am disappointed. My wife took my daughter to this salon for her hair. We had an appointment. After start, they later said they had other customers. They did not finish her hair and they did not iron her hair. We learn after we got home that my daughter has long hair on one side and shorter on other side did not match. The work stopped before completion. The result did not meet what was requested. The price exceeded the service. Payment did not reflect the outcome. Why take an appointment if the work cannot be completed and why charge full price. I will not return. I do not recommend this salon.

Not sure what some of the bad reviews are about, but I have been coming to Rainbow Kids my entire life. The service is excellent and the haircuts are solid and consistent. My sisters also took their kids to Rainbow when they were young and had nothing but positive experiences. Please support your local small businesses! PS you can book online as well

Amy is absolutely incredible and such a sweet lady. She’s wonderful with my son, even though he’s not a big fan of getting his haircut. You can tell she truly loves working with kids and is passionate about what she does.

We just took our daughter for a back to school haircut, and they just about butchered her cut. My husband asked for her length to be a little longer than her shoulders and the stylist somehow cut over her shoulder after they had agreed on the length. He also asked for bangs that frame her face and she completely ignored what he asked for and gave her short bangs across the forehead. We have gone here for years and this is definitely the last time we ever come here. Do yourself a favor and read the current reviews and go elsewhere. A customer should always be happy about a haircut and that was not the case today.

Mindy is not a good stylist. Both times I took my son there between 13-15 months of age she was extremely rough, impatient- rushing through his haircut. Additionally the haircut was uneven so I don’t understand why I am paying $30 for a job that was not even done correctly. Mostly all the staff there is always in a bad mood and very rude. This place should not be handling kids, and should be shut down. I will never be taking my son here EVER again. DO NOT GO HERE THERE ARE BETTER PLACES - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
