Rainbow Cut Nails & Spa

If I didn't get my nails done by Wendy, one time, I would give 5 stars. Mia is my FAV😍 I would recommend, besides Mia, David ...Emma...Coco. Mia listens to what I want and if she can't do it the same way she will let me know while still pulling off the style!! Wendy makes excuses tell me my nails/hand are lop-sided and mess the whole dam design/style up😒....the pic with the brown nail is Mia's work the light Green nail is Wendy's work...Mind you Mia always does my nails ON POINT doesnt tell me it cant be done properly because my nails/hands are lop-sided....The light Green nail was SUPPOSE to be coffin style Wendy said my nails was too crocked for coffin....OMG I was attending a party that night I was in tears I refuse to shake anyone's hands my nails look like Eddie Monster fingers😫 thick

I been coming to this salon for at least 8 years. Never had any issues in the past but my last 3 visits they been rushing me non stop. I like getting the crystal jelly spa pedi but i can barely soak my feet in the gel cuz they dissolve it so quickly. I had asked the tech can i soak my feet for a moment & she looked at me like i was crazy. The nail techs may & coco have a very bad habit of rushing for payment as soon as they are done. I can barely count the cash before they keep repeating the price & asking how am i paying. I had to tell them to stop rushing me. They just snatch the money out my hand. Never again will i come here. Their manners are non existent and they will never see me again

I could’ve done better than this. This was the result of asking the technician 3 times to paint the spots where she missed.. After I asked 3 times to paint where she had clearly missed spots, I stopped bc I knew I wouldn’t be back. Bulky and messy. Pink nails I got done somewhere else, you can clearly see the difference

Came here for the first time with my fiance and we both got pedicures and I also got a full set and we are very satisfied and would recommend this nail salon. The staff was attentive on entry and there wasn't much wait time. Job well done and we will visit again.

I have been coming to rainbow nails or now u&me nails for a long time. But let me tell you my experience as I list them down below: Place: The new owners have revived this place. They have recreated and added a lot of new renovations that made the place more modern. The air inside the shop is not stuffy compared to other shops where you smell the acrylic. Service: The team of nail technicians that works here are very professional and knows communicate with their customers well. They provide amazing customer service and have great owners Mia/David where they also work and do your nails. Creative: they have amazing designs and you can even give them samples and they can do it for you. Price: affordable and not pricey. Overall, customer satisfaction is 100% even my youngest daughter can’
