Rafaelina Beauty Salon

I was very happy to find a Dominican Salon, near my house. It was my first time at Rafelina’s Beauty, it is a very clean place, they attend to me right away, I love that is by appointment so you won't be waiting for a long time, the ladies were all very attentive, asking me if everything was ok. Rachel a very nice young lady did my hair, at first I was shocked she was blow drying my hair since she looks so young. But she did an amazing job, I am very happy and satisfied with her work and the attention of the other ladies. I recommend this place to anyone and will be going back again very soon. Thanks, ladies for your services.

Rafaelina should retire… no skills just a plain blow dry. Wants to sell you expensive products that you can find on amazon for cheaper. Every time I call to make an appointment she wants to tell you what time works for her. Very controlling with what goes on in the hair salon don't know how her daughter deals with her. Last time I went for a wash and set when I got home my husband couldn't believe i had done my hair with a professional. Then she tells me oh you have a lot of hair and makes a suggestion to put relaxer on my hair to make her work less. She also refused to cut my ends and it looked like a freaking raccoons tail.

The place is super clean. The owner was courteous and pleasant. I called in advance to see if the place was busy. I explained all I wanted was a haircut. I waited 15 mins in the nice comfy chairs they have. The owner did the haircut. What good hands she has!! My hair responded accordingly. It's nice, healthy, and shiny. She made me feel at home and welcomed. By the way you can't beat the price. All in all I had a good experience and I will comeback! Thanks Rafaelina!

I really liked it. The people there weren’t especially friendly, but OH MY GOD they are AMAZING at straitening your hair. I don’t have incredibly curly hair, but my hair is so thick that even when I get it straightened it’s just so poofy. I saw other people there with incredibly curly hair that left with pin straight hair. My hair was also very very smooth and soft. My hair has never felt this soft. I 100% recommend

Great for a blow out, but very bad at cutting hair. I told them to only cut the bleach at the ned of my hair but they cut 2 inches above the bleach. I had long hair that went down my back and now I have a bob. The ends were so badly cut and they are so poofy and they have never been like that. Go for a good blow dry, but do not get your hair cut.
