Excellent therapist. I came in with a lot of soreness in my upper back, shoulders and neck from repeatedly carrying my sick 60lb dog around the house. Emily used deep tissue/therapeutic techniques along with stretching. I have had a lot of massages and this was one of the best!

Emily is everything a great massage therapist should be. She has an incredible gift for finding and releasing trigger points and areas of tension I didn’t even realize needed work. Her pressure is always just right—firm when needed, but always thoughtful and precise. On top of that, she brings a genuinely caring attitude to every session, which makes the whole experience even more healing. I always leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and basically like Jello.
