I actually loved my hair from saraii so I’m saddened to leave this review. I had just gotten off work and so my hair was in a bun. When I arrived to my appointment, saraii started to detangle the hair. The brush she was using on me wasn’t the most curly girl friendly brush. So I could see why she would struggle. Usually with curly hair a wide tooth comb is your best friend! Especially if you’re trying to detangle. I guess she felt short on time so she handed me the brush and asked me to detangle the hair. Her being short on time is just my assumption because all she said was, “would you actually untangle this for me”. And then she went on to mixing products. I went ahead and did so but still felt it wasn’t the proper etiquette. It made me feel like my hair was unruly and made made me feel

Sarai does a fabulous cut on my very short hair with an annoying cowlick. She is able to tame it until it needs another cut. Plus, she is a joy to be with!

Sarai is excellent with color. She put high lights and low lights and my hair is beautiful. It gives me so much confidence. Jean David
