I was referred to Jessi back at the beginning of October 2025, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience. I first met her when my skin was at its absolute worst: flare-ups from new products (congested bumps across my entire chin), stubborn oily spots that I had struggled with for years even with dermatology help, and visible sun damage. From the very beginning, Jessi was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful in how she approached my skin concerns. She took the time to really listen, explain what was happening, and create a plan that felt realistic and personalized rather than overwhelming. Jessi Smith is amazing! She is very knowledgeable in what she does and shared so much useful information about skincare. I’m grateful for my experience with her and will definitely be back. The only negative thing I have to say is the receptionist didn’t bother to inform me of a price increase. I was a bit shocked when checking out and the price increased by $50.00. She didn’t seem too concerned with my concern of this not being mentioned at the time I rescheduled.

I love this place!! I have been doing laser hair removal treatment with Jessi on and off for a year or so (i got pregnant in between). Jessi is amazing! So knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Everyone there is so nice, and the place is spotless!! I highly recommend Radian!!
