Traci does an amazing job! She’s really good at focusing on what your needs are and making sure you walk out feeling much better than when you walked in. Her space is so cozy and relaxing as well. I would definitely recommend making an appointment- you won’t be disappointed! And you’ll most likely become a repeat client!

I have struggled with migraines for a number of years now. I have tried numerous medications without much relief. I started massages with Traci about a year & a half ago and I can confidently say she has changed my life. My migraine frequency has almost cut in half with just a once a month massage. She is so considerate of where you are at physically and mentally, she assesses you for areas of concern to work on or stay away from, she only focuses on what you are comfortable with, and she makes good conversation with you if you’re a yapper (like myself). As long as Traci is in business, I will be a customer. You rock, Traci !!!!

Traci made getting a massage for the first time an incredible and completely comfortable experience! I have since gone back multiple times to Traci and am HOOKED! I love that she remembers why I came in the first place and then adjusts to whatever I need. And offers great , no-pressure advice. I especially love that she specializes in pre and post race massages and couldn’t be happier with how I felt before and after recently running a half marathon.
