The Salon Social, formally known as R Salon & Spa is the best salon and spa in Myrtle Beach, hands down! Coming from New York and being very passionate about my hair and self care, my standards are very high. The owner and the business' highly trained and talented staff, welcomed me with warm, professional, kind and very hospitable manner. The salon space is well designed and curated, offering a welcoming, comforting, and luxurious vibe to clients. Their list of services include a range of things such as massage, facial, waxing, lash extensions, and spray tanning in addition to hair care. Soon to come, they will be providing Japanese head spa services as well. You can spend the whole day here, and still have more to enjoy. Everything is aesthetically pleasing, organized and extremely clean

Shelley is so awesome! I went to her recently to get my hair done for my brother’s wedding. I have very curly hair and wasn’t sure how I should style it So that I would look like me, and it would be the best style to go with my dress. Shelley not only helped me to Decide what would be best she gave me a ton of confidence about the decision I was making. She was even able to change the curl pattern in the front of my hair to make. It lay nicer. The style lasted all night and it wasn’t too tight. It was perfect! I definitely recommend her!!

This past year I have alot of life changing experiences and I was having problems with hair breakage. Not the normal breakage, I'm taking several inches of my hair just broke off gradually. I was struggling with vitamins and trying to make it grow naturally was taking too long so a friend recommended I go talk to her stylist. After a initial consultation we decidesld to go with extensions. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Cee Cee did an amazing job on my sewn-in extensions – they look so natural and blend perfectly with my own hair. I've been in South Carolina for a year looking for hairdresser. I finally found Rena. Love ❤️ my hair cut and style. I would recommend her. I have thin straight hair and she did fantastic. I don't post things I had to this time.
